Payment, Appointment Reminders, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Payment
To reserve your appointment, a valid credit card is required.
If you prefer, I’m happy to accept payment through Venmo instead.
Please note that I am unable to process insurance claims.
Once we’ve scheduled your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply click the link in that message to complete your payment by credit card or send your payment through Venmo. This helps ensure your time is fully reserved.

Appointment Reminders
You’ll receive a reminder with all the call details two days before your session. Please keep in mind that it’s your responsibility to join the call at the scheduled time. This allows you to receive the full benefit of your session and keeps everything flowing smoothly.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
I understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you need to reschedule, please call me at 425-299-0885 at least 24 hours before your appointment and I’ll be happy to find a new time for you.

Rescheduling: Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make a change, and we’ll reschedule without any additional fees.

Cancellation:

If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of your session fee will be refunded.

Training deposits for the Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki Master/ Karuna® Reiki Master programs are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your session and do not notify me, your session fee is non-refundable.
