Reiki I and II are taught together in a two-day intensive designed to immerse you fully in the foundational practices of Reiki healing.

During this course, you will receive both Reiki Placements (attunements) and learn all the information and techniques needed to confidently practice Reiki on yourself and others.

This class provides you with a strong and confident foundation to use Reiki for personal growth, healing, and service to others. Whether you’re beginning your Reiki journey or seeking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave the training transformed by the light of Reiki energy.

• How to give a complete Reiki session for yourself and for others

• Standard Reiki hand positions

• Introduction to Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Usui Sensei, including:

  • Gassho Meditation – cultivating focus and stillness

  • Reiji-ho – developing and trusting your intuition

  • Byosen Scanning – sensing areas that need healing

  • Gyoshi-ho – sending Reiki through the eyes

  • Kenyoku – clearing and strengthening your energy field (dry bathing)

• The Hayashi Healing Guide

• How to use Reiki for specific physical, emotional, and energetic conditions

• Introduction to the Reiki II symbols, their meanings, and practical application

• Techniques for using Reiki to support the healing of unwanted habits

• Distant Reiki healing practices
