Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy I understand that life can bring unexpected changes. If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the start of your first training session. I will be happy to work with you to find a new time, with no additional rescheduling fees. You can reach me directly at 425-299-0885. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours before your first scheduled training session. Please note that the deposit for the Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® and World Peace Reiki Training is non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of your session fee and deposit will be non-refundable. If you do not attend your scheduled training session and do not provide notice, the full training fee will be non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and kindness in respecting these policies. They help honor the time, preparation, and energy devoted to each training, and they also allow others the opportunity to schedule in available spaces.
